contractors involved in the project and take control for the overall project, including awarding contracts, procuring materials, monitoring cost and schedule, managing the contractors, and reporting and communications through the owner.
Pre-Engineered Steel structures are best known for durability and energy efficiency beyond that of traditional construction. Design-build is a process that provides a single point of responsibility for the design and construction for each project. Instead of design and construction working separately, ARCON selects an architect/engineer, places them under contract to ARCON, and adds them to the design-build team. Working with the owner, ARCON plans, designs, and constructs the project to meet the owner’s specific needs.
ARCON, acting as a general contractor,
takes direct responsibility for all construction phase activities. ARCON will undertake all aspects of your project, though use of our own work force and carefully selected subcontractors. The owner contracts with ARCON as the single source contractor at a guaranteed price
